Terms and Conditions – Cowire

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) regulate the use of the scheduling service for consultation calls (free Discovery Call [30 min] and paid Tech Consult Call [60 min] at USD 79). The purpose of the service is to provide personalized technological guidance, process analysis, and automation roadmaps. (gocowire.com)

2. Scope of Services

Discovery Call (30 minutes, free): A session to understand needs and provide general recommendations or to evaluate if we are the right partner.

Tech Consult Call (60 minutes, USD 79): A session with a senior expert including in-depth analysis, personalized action plan, and technological roadmap.

3. Scheduling and Call Format

Sessions can be remote (video call) or, in certain cases, in-person if previously agreed upon.

The user must schedule in advance, select date and time, and, in the case of the Tech Consult Call, complete payment prior to the session.

4. Preparation and Collaboration

To make the most out of the session, we recommend coming prepared with clear objectives, challenges, and any relevant documentation (such as system access, workflows, or current tools).

5. Payments and Refund Policy

The USD 79 payment can be made through the methods indicated by Cowire at the time of scheduling.

Paid Consult Calls are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Free Discovery Calls may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

Free Discovery Calls and paid Tech Consult Calls can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance, at no additional cost.

Cancellations outside of this timeframe may result in charges or be considered as completed service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, plans, and information shared during the consultation are considered confidential and remain the property of Cowire, the consultant providing the session, or the client, as applicable. They may not be disclosed or used outside the scope of the consultation without prior written consent. Their use is limited exclusively to the purposes defined in the service and cannot be reproduced without prior written authorization.

8. Confidentiality

Information shared during the session will be treated as confidential. Cowire commits to protecting your data unless otherwise required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

The recommendations provided are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee specific results or eliminate all technical risks. Cowire will not be held liable for losses derived from decisions made solely based on the session.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.

11. Amendments to the Terms

Cowire may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will always be published on the website. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of such changes.
