Terms and Conditions – Cowire

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Cowire CRM platform (the “Platform”), as well as the services provided through it.

Cowire is an agency based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, dedicated to process automation and optimization using technological tools.

2. Services Offered

Through the Platform, licensees may:

Manage leads, clients, pipelines, and sales.

Automate workflows and repetitive processes.

Centralize all client communications (WhatsApp, SMS, email, social media, etc.).

Customize the Platform under their own brand

Access integrations with third-party applications and payment gateways.

Receive technical support and onboarding depending on the chosen plan.

3. Use of the Platform

The licensee agrees to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

Prohibited uses include:

-Attempting unauthorized access to the Platform or servers.

-Modifying, copying, sublicensing, distributing, or reverse-engineering the software.

-Using the Platform for illegal activities or actions harmful to Cowire or third parties.

4. License

Cowire grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform.

License may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are breached.

The licensee is responsible for safeguarding account credentials and access.

5. Payments and Plans

Fees correspond to the plan selected (Starter, Scale-Up, Enterprise, or custom agreements).

Payments must be made prior to account activation or renewal.

Refunds are subject to Cowire’s policies; trial periods may be available before purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights over the Platform—including software, design, documentation, branding, and functionalities—belong exclusively to Cowire or its licensors.
Use of the Platform under custom branding does not transfer intellectual property rights.

7. Confidentiality

Any information entered into the Platform will be treated as confidential.
Cowire will not disclose such information to third parties unless required by law or necessary to provide the service (e.g., hosting or technical support).

8. Limitation of Liability

Cowire provides the Platform “as is” and does not guarantee specific results from its use.
The effectiveness and outcomes depend on how the licensee implements the Platform.
Cowire is not liable for loss of data, profits, or indirect damages resulting from Platform usage.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.

10. Amendments

Cowire may update these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect once published on the Platform or Cowire’s website. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
